Worried about heart disease?

SeaBerry can help you to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease

and heart attack.

Heart disease includes a number of different diseases affecting the heart: coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, cardiovascular disease, ischaemic heart disease, heart failure, hypertensive heart disease, inflammatory heart disease, valvular heart disease and others. It is the leading cause of death in Europe and the United States.

Every third of us (36%) prematurely dies from heart and circulatory system disease (CVD) in the UK.

Sea buckthorn can lower the risk of cardiovascular disease and stimulates the work of all muscles including the heart muscle1.

There are 7 kinds of flavonoids in SeaBerry, but isorhamnetin and quercetin are the main ones. The research2 made by Zhang Maoshun and others from the West China Medical University found out that SeaBerry could remit angina and improve the mechanocardiography and the ischemic electrocardiogram. Its curative effect is better than of isosorbide dinitrate, which might be due to the increased volume of coronary blood flow and myocardial blood flow and the decrease of myocardial oxygen consumption and inhibition of platelet aggregation.

Another study made in Xi’an Medical University3 showed that SeaBerry could strengthen the contractibility of the extra-corporeal papillary muscles.

Liu Femgming of the Baoto Medical College4 discovered that SeaBerry could prolong the time of ventricular fibrillation, postpone the atrioventricular condition, lower the heart rate and attenuate the myocardial contractility.
